Refund Policy

Ivy Paradise believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has , therefore , a liberal cancellation policy . Under this policy :

The main reason for not cancelling or refunding products below Rs. 250 is that the packing and shipping costs of a product can exceed Rs. 200. Please cooperate.

If the ordered plants shipments are returned without receiving them

If for any reason the ordered plants are returned without receiving them, a refund will be granted only if the plant is a living organism and it was received in a healthy condition. However, as mentioned earlier, since the plant is a living organism, the risk of plant damage is very high when adding the time it takes for shipping, the time it takes for the shipping carrier to take possession of it, and the time it takes to return it. Therefore, if there is any damage to the plant due to tampering or opening, a replacement will be provided subject to the terms and conditions stated in the privacy policy. However, the company will not be responsible for any actions taken consciously by the customer, and the customer will be fully responsible for it. .

Cancellation

Plants Products cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order . However , the cancellation request will not be entertained we had initiated the process of shipping them .

There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category .

If for any reason the plant is damaged due to delay in collecting the shipment,

As soon as the plants are shipped, the tracking ID is uploaded on the website. Since it is a live plant, the customer must track it and ensure delivery. The company is not responsible for any damages that are held. However, if the delivery is interrupted for any reason or other technical reasons, you can send it as a message on our WhatsApp or email.

Refund

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations , you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product . The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision .

Plants accepted by the customer cannot be refunded . In case you feel the order is not as per specification , please contact our customer care team immediately in 24hrs .

After receiving your refund request, it will take minimum 7 days to maximum 15 Working days to receive the refund.

Policy

When you order multiple plants in one order, you may receive them in multiple packages over several days from different locations, as multiple suppliers ship them.

For domestic buyers , orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and / or speed post only .

We do not ship Ivy paradise products out of India .

We are giving the shopping responsibility to courier company registered and operating in India, so please contact them to resolve any Shiping complaints.

We do not know the shipment service available at your location, so you should inquire about it and inform our executive directly or via whatsapp.

If you do not fulfill that responsibility and send the plant back, the customer will have to pay the shipment charge if it is received undamaged and sent back to you.

If there is plant damage, the customer will be fully responsible for it.

Time delay

Ivy Paradise is the world's largest online plant shop. That's why we find and deliver to you even the rarest plants. Sometimes there may be a delay in availability. We apologize for this, but it is not a deliberate delay on our part

The main reasons for these are

Plants can only be packed after the order is placed because plants are living organisms. If the plant is in poor health at the time, or is affected by diseases or pests, or if the existing plants are in good condition, the shipping will be stopped until new plants arrive or until the existing plants are restored.

Plants will not be shipped under any circumstances during long public holidays i.e. Puja, Diwali, Christmas, some local traditional festivals in India, natural calamities, war, civil strife etc., as the plant is a living organism and there is a possibility of damage due to delay in shipping due to lack of water or light. Shipping will commence only after such circumstances are restored to normal.

Some plants can only germinate or propagate for a specific period of time. After that, they need to reach the growth stage to be shipped.

Some plants and seeds have to be collected from outside India (if the existing stock is not sufficient for germination) and in such a situation, there will be a delay in shipping until the new stock arrives. The customer should also understand that plants are not a product like stationery or groceries, but a living organism. There are some limitations when it comes to shipping them from one habitat to another. Instead, look at the online business of plants in the same way as other products.

Shipping Method

There are two types of shipping method available. Roadways and other is Air. While shipping by roadway, there is delay due to distance and plants are perishable as they are living things. So air service is most suitable. You can choose any of these. Air service charges more than surface. But ordered plants are not eligible for replacement due to shipping delay, but are eligible for replacement for damage due to air shipping delay.

Roadways

Most of our product suppliers are from Kerala and neighboring states like Tamil Nadu, Karnataka etc. But there are also suppliers from other states. As most of the products are from the above mentioned states, our shipping partner can ship only roadways shipping in these three states. Therefore we are unable to allow air shipping. Replacements are available as per the policy for other categories except for high sensitive plants as the shipping process to these locations is completed in a maximum of four days.

By Air

It is best to choose air shipping when purchasing plants from other locations. This is because road shipping is more likely to be delayed due to long distance to many places and other technical glitches. During this period the plants are more likely to be damaged. So, if possible, choose air-wise. This is important because there is no replacement if plants are damaged due to road-wise delays.

Products

Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms .

Ivy paradise is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 10 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation

. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit / debit card only at all times ( Unless specified at the time of Order ) . Ivy Paradise is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer .

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products

However , the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different plants to be delivered at different locations . This is because the products are being sourced and shipped from different cities .

Ivy Paradise is proud to use Google Pay , Phone Pay , PayTM and other online payment systems for fast , easy and efficient secure payment . All major debit and credit cards are accepted .

Diclaimer

The product will be delivered for all urban areas in India serviceable by major courier agencies . For remote / rural areas the product will be sent by local couriers / Indian Speed Post and may take more time .
